Holy firetruck

You can really tell when there is and isn't emotion behind a song... it makes all the difference. Loved the FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU--- audio mixing and how it starts out sad and melancholy and then it builds to rage and anger, and then excitement and chaos and then a mix of everything with confused emotions and a hurricane of the feeling you get when you don't know what the hell will come next. I think the star meter broke after this review, because this is just freakin amazing.

Lashmush responds:

You don't want to know how angry I am right now. Thanks for the review...

Nice

It's really pretty and soothing, and I enjoy listening to it. And that's what really matters, not how fancy or complex it is. Nice job

XotiK responds:

haha thanks, my songs are usually complex with automations, linked channels and layering but I go for keeping it simple so it's not crowded and mushed together. Easier to master in the end too.

This is incredible.

I judge songs based on how long it takes me to decide whther or not to download them. When that bassline and rich harmony came in at :29, I had a "where have I been all this time" moment. Great work.

Nice :D

Really liked the bassline, but thought you could've added some more variations and layers in there. Also be sure to always know your chord progression and key, because sometimes it seemed like it went against it. Know that there's a difference between dissonance and... well, ugliness :P

But overall pretty nice job, you're getting better with every submission.

PS. two words. cleaner samples.
(punchier kicks, less distortion. check your master mixer level to make sure its not going into the top zone.)

This is music.

We make music to remind people of places they've never been. You, sir, have accomplished a very hard thing to accomplish, and with incredible finesse, beauty, and style.

Memories :D :D :D :D

Really nice arrangement. It's created beautifully and brilliantly.

Woot w00t

Get up and dance, feel that beat yo! this is probably your best, though all your music is extremely well done. very nice!

Yes weird, but also riveting

It has a certain coolness to it that's really rare. Nice job

noice

but i think in the first song you couldve done ome different things stylistic things with the flute.

It would also have been really cool if you had made up your own transition line in between the excerpts. i think that alone would have pushed it over the threshold of a master remix.

3:12 was beautifully done with the echo and reverb. beautiful strings on that part.

After 4:00 was my favorite, though I think it could have been improved with just some simple rhythmic variation, or even just an accelerando to a faster tempo. other than that the ending was lovely.

I wrote this as I was hearing it for the first time, so these are just my first impressions. maybe they'll change, but overall nice work. ;]

Really... um... punchy? lol

haha i couldnt think of another word to describe it. it's so upbeat and melodic and yet so intense and makes you want to get up and rave-dance and compulses you to write ridiculously long run-on sentences such as this one. What else can i say but very, very well done.
